The Role
We are hiring a DeFi Analyst and Educator for long-term employment. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape the future of Web3 education. You’ll work closely with our Director of Education, Product Manager, analysts, and mentors.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead 10+ live sessions per week teaching DeFi concepts (beginner → advanced)
- Support and track the success of ~400 students every 6 months
- Simplify and explain complex DeFi/crypto concepts in an ELI5 style
- Research and create reports on crypto projects
- Write 2 short articles per week on DeFi, tools, ecosystems & news
- Produce video/loom content as needed
- Perform trading, technical, and on-chain analysis to identify opportunities
- Engage with the DeFi community and share project insights
What You’ll Bring
- Ability to work in EST time zone
- Experience leading education programs/sessions
- Strong presence in the DeFi community (socials a plus)
- Hands-on user of DeFi protocols
- Deep understanding of crypto/blockchain
- Excellent written & verbal communication in English
- High EQ and interpersonal skills
- Growth mindset and openness to new ideas
- Thrives in fast-paced environments
