About the Role
We’re a European media company running faceless YouTube channels (ships, aircraft, U.S. presidents, and military history). We need a Virtual Administrative Assistant to support our owner and manage operations, freelancers, and workflows.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate team meetings & production schedules
- Post & manage freelance job listings (Upwork/Fiverr)
- Onboard writers, editors, and voice-over artists
- Manage email, calendar, travel, and admin tasks
- Process invoices & freelancer payments (PayPal, Payoneer, QuickBooks)
- Organize files (Google Drive, Notion, Dropbox, YouTube Studio)
- Support launch of TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter accounts
Requirements
- Strong organization & communication skills
- Fluent in English (German a plus)
- Experience with remote team management
- Familiar with Notion, Slack, Google Docs, Dropbox, YouTube Studio
- Knowledge of YouTube workflows = advantage

- Full-time (40 hrs/week)
- Remote (must be available 9:00–18:00 EET)
