Support a fast-moving founder-led team scaling in Q3–Q4 2025
📌 About the Role
We’re relaunching next week and need a reliable, self-sufficient Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day tasks and communication. You’ll work directly with the founder and help keep systems organized, tasks moving, and updates flowing across a small remote team.
This is a lean, high-output environment—we value clarity, execution, and communication. You’ll start with 1–2 hours a day, with the opportunity to grow if things go well.

🎯 Responsibilities
- Light admin tasks: reply to emails, summarize notes, light research
- Project updates: send weekly summaries, coordinate with team
- Inbox & task management (light workload)
- Help document/set up folders, SOPs, and reminders
- Act as a “second brain” for the founder during launch phase

💰 Compensation
- $60/month trial (first month)
- Opportunity for long-term role with quarterly performance bonuses
