📌 Summary
We’re looking for a talented and organized Virtual Assistant to help us manage and grow our new podcast series. This is an ongoing role supporting two franchise and business leaders.
The ideal candidate has experience in podcast production, video editing, and content publishing.
🎯 Responsibilities
You will work closely with us on tasks such as:
- 🎧 Editing podcast episodes (basic cutdowns, intros/outros, music overlays) using tools like CapCut or similar
- 🎨 Creating thumbnails and video covers using Canva
- 📱 Generating short-form clips for social media using Opus Clip (for efficiency)
- 📅 Scheduling episodes, teasers, and shorts across platforms using our content scheduling tool
- ✍️ Creating and posting blog articles using VideoToBlog.ai (training provided), then uploading to WordPress and LinkedIn
🛠️ Ideal Skills
- Video editing (CapCut, Descript, or similar)
- Canva or basic graphic design tools
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools
- Experience posting content on WordPress or other website builders
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
⏰ Commitment
- Part-time role (approx. 5 hours/week, with possible additional hours initially)
- Flexible schedule, but responsiveness is important
