Position Overview

Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for helping professionals grow? We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outreach and sales of our Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) education and exam prep programs.

In this role, you’ll connect with financial services firms nationwide, turn cold calls into meaningful conversations, and inspire professionals to invest in their career growth through CFP® certification.

What You’ll Do

  • Make 40+ outbound calls daily to candidates and decision-makers at top firms
  • Qualify leads, schedule/run product demos & webinars, and book enrollments
  • Tailor messaging to different firm sizes and training goals
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot/Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with senior sales & marketing teams on lead generation strategies
  • Stay updated on financial advisor education & CFP® certification trends

What You’ll Need

  • 1–3 years of B2B sales or lead generation experience
  • Experience in education or financial services is a plus
  • Comfortable with high call volumes and objection handling
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with financial planning or CFP® designation (preferred)
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and open to coaching

💰 Salary Range (Estimated):
$60,000 — $90,000/year (based on similar roles in sales and marketing)
